PARK OUT

This policy describes information handling in PARK OUT (the “Game”), published by MasterGamingLabs Game Studios (“we,” “us” or “our”). It covers local game records, advertising services and information you send when contacting us.

This notice provides information about privacy. Downloading the Game, playing it or opening this policy does not, by itself, provide consent for optional personal-data processing.

1. Privacy at a glance

2. Information handled by the Game

A. Advertising and technical information

When advertising services operate, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process the following, depending on the SDK version, enabled features, applicable age restrictions and privacy settings:

Google describes advertising, measurement and fraud prevention as purposes for this processing. These identifiers and events can be personal data even when they do not include your name. The Game does not require access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise device location for its puzzle gameplay.

B. Records on your device

Local application storage keeps the information needed to resume play and apply actions consistently. This includes:

Clearing the app’s storage removes these local records. Uninstalling normally removes app-local data, but device backup or restoration settings can affect whether data is restored later. We do not offer a publisher-operated recovery account and cannot promise to restore lost progress. Removing local data does not automatically delete information already received by Google.

C. Support requests

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate the reported issue and manage your request. Please avoid sending passwords, financial information or unnecessary information about a child.

3. Advertising services and privacy choices

The Game uses Google AdMob and Google’s related mobile advertising services. Google handles information under its own privacy notices as well as applicable agreements and laws. Relevant information is available here:

Where required, privacy choices are presented through Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP). A Privacy choices entry in the Game’s settings is available when required by that platform. Advertising requests must follow the platform’s current eligibility result; merely closing a form is not an advertising permission.

Choosing to watch a rewarded ad is separate from choosing how personal data may be used. A rewarded ad can provide the particular helper and quantity described in its offer; opening or dismissing an ad alone does not establish that a reward was earned.

You can also use the advertising privacy controls available in your Android or Google settings. Their labels and availability depend on the device and software version. Deleting an advertising ID does not remove all advertising data, and does not necessarily exercise every applicable privacy right. For privacy requests, use the contact details below and Google’s own request channels where Google holds the relevant data.

Following an ad or opening a website takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. The site operator may receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser request details.

4. Children and parental requests

PARK OUT’s core gameplay does not ask players to submit a public profile, send messages to other players or upload personal content. An app-store content rating is separate from the Game’s target-age declaration and does not establish that a child can consent to advertising-related processing.

Children’s data is subject to additional safeguards under applicable laws. Where verifiable parental authorization is required, an ordinary advertising-consent screen or a child’s selection of “Watch an ad” is not a substitute for it. Advertising and identifier handling for child users must match the applicable child-protection requirements.

A parent or legal guardian who has a concern, believes information was supplied improperly, or wishes to request access to or deletion of information concerning a child may write to [email protected]. We will review the request and take appropriate action for information within our control. Please identify the app and issue without sending unnecessary sensitive details.

5. Privacy rights in the EEA and United Kingdom

Where European or UK data-protection law applies, a valid legal basis is required for personal-data processing. Handling a support request and protecting the service may rely on legitimate interests where appropriate; processing that requires consent must have valid consent. Use of the Game alone is not that consent.

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing, withdraw consent and complain to a competent supervisory authority. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Contact us for information we control; requests about information controlled by Google may also need to be directed to Google. Verification may be necessary, and legal exceptions can apply.

6. California privacy requests

Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to our activities, eligible residents can have rights to know or access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, and opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising without unlawful discrimination.

Advertising disclosures can qualify as “sharing” under applicable law even when no money is paid for the information. To submit a request, contact [email protected] and use available in-app privacy choices where relevant. We will assess applicability and handle requests for information we control. Resetting a device identifier alone should not be treated as a complete legal opt-out request or as deletion of every provider’s records.

7. Storage, protection and retention

Local records remain on the device until removed through application or device storage controls, subject to device backup and restoration behaviour. We retain support correspondence only for as long as needed to address and manage the request, maintain necessary security records, resolve disputes or meet applicable legal obligations.

Advertising providers determine retention for information they control under their own policies and applicable requirements. Google states that data collected by the Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Advertising and email providers may process information in countries other than your own. Google explains its international processing and safeguards in its Privacy Policy. Contact us about processing or transfers for which we are responsible.

8. Changes to this notice

We may revise this policy when the Game, service providers, data practices or applicable requirements change. The current notice will be published with a revised effective date. Where an additional notice or a new choice is legally required, updating this page alone does not replace it.
